So I ran in a triathlon a couple weekends ago...well I guess I should say I swam, cylced and ran in a triathlon. My friend Rachael (that's her in the pic) and I did it together. We trained our best and then got to put it all out there in Tuscaloosa.If you guys are thinking about picking up the triathlon or any other sport like running or whatnot...I totally encourage it. There is not much of a better feeling than crossing that finish line!
