Foxnews.com reports today that Mississippi is officially the fattest state in America!
Although this is not easy news to "swallow" it is also not very surprising.
Who doesn't love the fried chicken at Julep's or the lunch buffet at Two Sisters or the Chicken Fried Steak at The Elite (not to mention the pre-dinner rolls)?
So ladies, especially those of you who live in the 'Sip still...make us proud. Eat a hamburger from Stamps today and say "If somebody has to be #1 it might as well be me!!"

Awesome...how would you like to be the poster child for obesity in the 'Sip?! My mom said that Haley Barbour was on the Today show yesterday showing his contribution to obesity in our great state! : )
Not only is Mississippi the fattest state in America, but I am from the part of MS with the most obese people - the Delta! I'm so proud right now.
And I moved to the state that is #2 on the list - Alabama. I am not headed in a good direction.
