It has been brought to my attention (Wendy) that I have failed to effectively communicate what is going on in my world. Ryan and I have been engaged for about 5 months now. He moved to Greenville at the end of July and gave me a ring. I know this is confusing but we didn't want jewelry to be what defined us being together so we waited. It has been amazing having him here. I always knew that being in the ministry would be easier if you had a partner in your life, but it is amazing to have someone who you love so much working with you to change people's perception of the God we serve and His church. We are getting married at a Bed and Breakfast in North Carolina on October 13. It will be a small wedding, but over Thanksgiving we are having a reception for everyone to come celebrate with us. It will be Friday, November 23 from 6:00 - 9:00 pm at the Craftsman Guild in Ridgeland, MS. I know it is over Thanksgiving and many of you will be spending time with your family but if you are in the Jackson area, I would love to see you.
